This agreement is entered into with Big Dog Detail LLC, operating under the trade name Chattanooga Auto Film Pros. Services are provided at our Chattanooga, TN area location.

2. Scope and Nature of Services
Chattanooga Auto Film Pros specializes in paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, ceramic coatings, and related automotive film and protection services. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-approved products and techniques.
Service outcomes may vary depending on the condition, age, and prior care of your vehicle. We make no guarantees of specific results beyond what is discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. SMS Communications — Use Cases & Opt-Out Instructions
Description of SMS Use Cases: By providing your mobile phone number when booking or contacting Chattanooga Auto Film Pros, you consent to receive text messages from us for the following purposes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service status updates and completion notifications
- Follow-up satisfaction messages
- Promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal deals
- Responses to inquiries submitted via our website or contact form
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Chattanooga Auto Film Pros. 4. Appointments and Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or SMS. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling depending on availability.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customer Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after service. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Chattanooga Auto Film Pros documents vehicle condition prior to service. Acceptance of the vehicle after service completion constitutes customer satisfaction with the work performed.
7. Reporting of Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us directly within 24 hours at (423) 693-3996. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
8. Specialty Film and Coating Services
Paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and ceramic coating services are subject to additional terms discussed at the time of service. These services involve permanent or semi-permanent application to your vehicle. Customers must disclose any prior film, coating, or paint modifications before service begins. Chattanooga Auto Film Pros is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed prior work.
9. Exclusive Remedy
In the event of a service dispute, Chattanooga Auto Film Pros' liability is limited to re-performing the disputed service or issuing a refund for the specific service in question, at our sole discretion. This constitutes the customer's exclusive remedy.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Chattanooga Auto Film Pros directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may result in additional fees and legal action.
11. Warranty and Third-Party Interference
Any warranty provided on ceramic coatings or film services is voided if the vehicle is subjected to unauthorized modifications, improper washing techniques, or third-party interference after service. Details of specific warranties will be provided in writing at the time of service.
12. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Chattanooga Auto Film Pros is not liable for any delays, undelivered messages, or errors in SMS communications caused by mobile carriers or third-party messaging platforms. Carrier message delivery is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for charges applied by your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.
13. Age Restriction
Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking a service or providing your contact information, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Chattanooga Auto Film Pros does not knowingly provide services to or collect information from minors.
14. Limitation of Liability
Chattanooga Auto Film Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service.
15. Privacy Policy
